Refund Policy
Last updated: 2 August 2026
Before work begins
Where payment has been made but work has not started, a cancellation and refund may be available, less any non-refundable third-party costs or payment-processing charges already incurred.
After work begins
Because WordPress support involves professional time and customised work, completed work and time already spent are generally non-refundable. If a project is cancelled part-way through, any refund is assessed against the work already completed.
Fixes that do not resolve the reported issue
If the agreed work does not address the specific issue described in the approved scope, WpFixMate will first make reasonable efforts to correct the work. A partial or full refund may be considered where the agreed service was not delivered.
Change of mind and third-party limitations
Refunds are not normally available for a change of mind, newly requested work outside scope, hosting limitations, unsupported software, expired licences, third-party outages, malware reinfection after completion, or changes made by others after delivery.
How to request a review
Submit the job details and reason for the request through the contact form within 7 days of delivery. Each request is reviewed fairly based on the agreed scope, evidence and work completed.
