Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 August 2026
Services
WpFixMate provides WordPress support, maintenance, troubleshooting, website updates, security work, performance improvements and related web services. The exact scope, price and expected delivery are agreed before work begins.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and authorised access needed to complete the work.
- Confirm that you own or are authorised to manage the website.
- Maintain lawful content, licences and third-party accounts.
- Review and approve completed work within a reasonable period.
Backups and changes
WpFixMate uses a backup-first approach where practical. No system is risk-free, and clients should retain their own independent backups. Third-party hosting, plugins, themes and services may affect results.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website are starting prices and may vary based on complexity, urgency and access requirements. Any final quote or agreed scope takes priority over general website pricing.
Timelines
Estimated turnaround times are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of missing access, third-party services, hosting restrictions, complex faults or additional issues discovered during work.
Third-party products
WpFixMate is not responsible for outages, defects, licence restrictions, policy changes or failures caused by third-party hosts, plugins, themes, payment gateways or external services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
Work may be paused or cancelled where access is unsafe, instructions are unlawful, payment is overdue, abuse occurs, or the requested work falls outside the agreed scope.
